01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on win228. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on win228 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets available in Pakistan. • Deposits are generally credited to your gaming balance within minutes for mobile wallet transactions. Bank transfer timings may vary.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, household, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through separate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds. If your real-money balance reaches zero, active bonus funds will be applied to the next bet or game round.
• win228 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before its stated end date, wagering already completed in good faith will be honoured.
• Bonuses have an expiry period noted on each offer. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

06 Sports Betting Rules

win228 offers sports betting on Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and domestic tournaments), Football, Esports, and other sports available in the platform's sports lobby. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on win228.

• Bets are accepted only while a market is open. Bets placed after a market has been suspended or closed will be voided and stakes returned.
• win228 reserves the right to restrict, limit, or refuse any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, win228 may void bets placed at the incorrect price. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• For matches that are abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a stated timeframe, settled bets will follow the rules published for that specific sport and market type.
• Cricket: A match must complete the minimum number of overs specified for PSL and T20 formats to stand as a valid result. Specific market rules (run-outs, top batsman, etc.) are published in the sports section.
• Live/In-Play betting: Odds change in real time during live events. Once a live bet is confirmed and accepted, it stands at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• Accumulator and parlay bets follow standard rules: if one selection is void, the bet is recalculated as if that selection were not included.

07 Casino and Games

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you, or attempting to use fraudulent payment details.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tools to misrepresent your location or identity on the platform.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards win228 support staff or other players.
• Attempting to launder funds or use win228 for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming.

win228 reserves the right to investigate any account at any time. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

09 Responsible Gaming
